It used to be a nice place, there's only a few on staff who actually care. It's never clean except for one lady who cleans it up and makes it spotless. They should put a limit on how many washing machines and dryers can be used. To make it fair for other families who come to do their laundry. But it's sad that it's a first come, first serve basis. Because people just drop there Laundry machines and dryers and just go for hours. While others have to wait for available machines.

I went here because it was 24 hours. I went around 830 pm. It was dirty but tonight is the only night I could do it. So I sucked it up & said whatever. BIG MISTAKE. The washers kept stopping and saying Error. I told the attendant & she said oh just press the start button. It did 4 times during the wash cycle. (Not only to me but a young man also) Finally I gety clothes out the washer despite putting the machine onTurboospin I was very upset that my clothes were soaking wet. Put them in the dryer did NOT put a lot in the each dryer. I literally had to dry my clothes for over an hour.NEVER AGAIN!! One of their regular customers said the place has a new owner & since they took over it has gone downhill..

This place has good staff and decent machines, but the ownership should invest into finding support staff to repair the machines and grounds in a more timely manner. The best thing is that Mount Holly and Lumberton patrons are such friendly people that the burden of washing laundry here doesn't seem as heavy as it does at many other community laundries.

It was everything I would expect a laundromat to be. I haven't used one in years, the guest laundry in my hotel wasn't working, so I had to find a place open 24 hours. It was great. Easy to find, the attendant had to teach me how to use a modern laudromat, but she was very friendly and helpful. Lots of machines which seemed to work well, or to have signs if not working (I just saw one), the dryers were big and effective.
