The WORSE service ever. NEVER use this place. Gave Eric the exact tires I wanted, read all the numbers to him and he ordered the wrong tires. Steve was the worse counter guy ever. Rude and ignorant. Picked up 4 tires, had one mounted onto the rim, to put on an RV, and they only put 22psi in the mounted tire. I told them we had to go up to PA to put the tire on the RV, for we had 2 blow outs in 20 minute span, and he basically gave me a flat tire with no way to put air in it. Went to the Hamburg location and they couldn't do enough to help us they where so wonderful.

Cool tire shop, the guys did a great job explaining how to rotate tires and inflate them to proper PSI. I go there because my wife's name is Mavis--seemed like a reasonable thing to do.

Service was great! I have purchased tires from this spot before and continue to come back for the great service. My worktruck, F-350, was in for new tires, a last minute problem with one of the tires. It had my tools in the ba k and I asked if they could keep it in the bay overnight so nothing got stolen. They were more than happy to do that. This last set was for my new to me Jeep and they changed all 5 tires for me in a few hours.
