Great if YOU know what you need. Problem is the crew don't give 2 %$=& I was looking for a battery and everyone ran away, the guy behind the rack was like, hey can you help this guy, when he came around to assist me he looked looked the battery and looked in the back, he was talking to the other guy about me inwhich I am not going to discuss. I found my battery and left. Autozone... I get your a corporation but could you please hire people who actually wants to help people.

Always nobody at the counter or long line with 1 person to do all. Not fair to the staff but they are polite and helpful if they get time **Update** They have dramatically improved in level of service and willingly help without being chased down are polite and at least in my area of vehicle seemingly knowledgeable as well. Before I think they were spread thin on staff and had a few who didn't want to be there even once seeing an argument between employee and manager almost escalate to a physical problem but the place has really changed has a better vibe and more like AutoZone should be. I will drive out my way to actually go here to this location at times now as south Tacoma way feels like your car is going to have a 50% chance of still being where you parked when you get out the store who always have multiple registers with every single one slowed up from the person who never know what they need and trying to skip a mechanic bill asking workers for a walk through on a car they usually have no idea about smh... Only suggestion would be to switch to a set up where you have floor service staff and a cashier for check out that is set up to quickly and effectively speed up service by being solely for transactions and the floor service staff actively engaged the incoming customers to guide a person to the area of item they need or help get parts and by doing so maybe decrease theft by being so interacting and involved as well maybe a parts counter as an alternative for those people that make it a 30 minute visit stuck in line when you came to grab a quart of oil and needed to get in and out... It's the more guest friendly sales focused and better routine that should be at every store because it makes way more sense... Your welcome auto zone lol

I came for an oxygen sensor and penetrating oil, both of which were in stock which is always pleasant. The employee was incredibly friendly and made sure that I even had the right specialty tools for the job before I left. I also appreciated their steering wheel and seat cover selection while I was wandering around.

Samuel helped me a lot and replaced my light bulb and windshield wiper gave me some tips on how to clean the headlights. Here is a before and after photo after I actually used his advice on how to clean it
