Yes - we strive to excel in this area. Livable remodeling is often the only option for our clients, therefore our dust control policy includes using a top of the line air cleaning system during Construction to ensure the dust is controlled and the air in the home remains clean.
While every home remodel is different, it depends on the scope of the work taking place. A home remodel of any size is exciting but is also inconvenient. We understand this and work with our clients closely to coordinate their living situation while construction is in progress.
The timing of a project varies based on the scope of work. Once we begin working together - we will able to set deadlines toward the pre-construction phase including the making of your selections, and ordering of any long lead items. We then are able to build toward your project schedule so you know and understand the timing of each phase of your project.
Yes..as a Home Improvement Contractor in the State of New Jersey, we are required to carry General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance. We also require this of all specialty contractors that we collaborate with on projects.
You would be communicating with Austin, Heather and/or the project manager/employee that is assigned to your project. If applicable, communication would also happen between the designer/architect and/or vendor depending on the scope of work required.
Yes - we manage the submission of Permits to the municipality and schedule all Inspections required. We also only collaborate with licensed specialty trade contractors.
Yes - AFGC clients are able to view the production schedule through our Project Portal. Knowing whats next on the schedule and seeing how it all comes together makes for a smoother project experience.
Yes - once a project is complete, it will enter into the 1-year Warranty Phase.
