Hi Terri, We use to fix Ancheers but they’ve been impossible to reach now for parts. And we’ve sourced their replacement parts by other suppliers only to have those parts break down after a week. Once we touch the bike, we are now responsible for any thing that may go wrong and customers are very unforgiving. I’m really sorry about that. But the cheaper the brand, the more problems there is for everyone. These very inexpensive brands come with barely adequate quality standards. By the time they get on a container ship from China, the rust is already setting in, sealant is already deteriorating. Electric connections are corroding. We’ve built brand new Ancheers out of the box and found wires completely corroded. If someone in the family is a fixit type, they can find online how-to videos for some of the issues. This will keep it going for awhile. Best of luck - keep pedaling!
