Used CCCC as our wedding and reception venue! The views are impeccable and our wedding was absolutely beautiful. I have zero regrets, however, planning services and communication were great throughout the entire process until our day of. Had some somewhat unpleasant hiccups with service and bar staff day of and during reception. Venue also did not give us our cake at the end of the evening - this was a major bummer, particularly as side our caterer was from out of town and as b/g we did not get to eat really any of it. I reached out following the wedding via email voicing both our pleasant experience and our honest feedback of our negative experiences and did not receive a response. For such high quality of service and with the venue being a prominent country club, I expected the professionalism to continue through the end of our evening and even amidst genuine feedback. For the experience that was the best day of my life, I cannot justify less than a 4, however don’t feel I can give a 5. Overall would highly recommend the venue, but would advise getting clear communication on and instructions for your day of expectations prior to the event to avoid any potential surprises.
