I do not think there is s minimum. The HOA is pretty easy to work with. They wsnt what is best for yhe community.

I moved to Piper's about 9 months ago and love it. The homes are way underpriced As a result of a number of things that were happening around the same time. Those factors have been dissipating a d values have started back up. The HOA is high. Nearly $2k per month but includes a lot of things that I would have had to pay on my own. Things like water, enhanced cable, sewer, garbage removal, golf (I do not play), etc. But since the taxes are absurdly low because if the low prices, and the homes sell for probably half of their worth (the savings on mortgage payments) have actually made it a great value for me. Of course since prices will almost cert6go up certainly go up a lot. I am hooke! certainly go up far more
