Maybe it was an off experience but i'm not sure we will be using Palm City Animal Medical Center anymore. Our dog was shifted into isolation during boarding due to developing a cough/mucus. While this would be OK and totally understandable, we received a phone call informing us that our dog would not be walked and tended to. This was horrifying to hear. Obviously this would not be OK but in their defense, a different technician called back and informed us that the person we spoke to was new and wrong. The real problems began once we picked up our dog. When we picked up our dog, we weren't given any details on her stay as well as the specific medication the doctor prescribed. We have moved quite a bit and she has never had issues leaving any boarding facility. When she arrived back home she was shaking, lethargic, and obviously spooked. While most of the staff we dealt with seemed kind and caring, i'm not sure we would feel comfortable using them again.

By far the cleanest, nicest animal medical center I have ever been to. We had a wonderful experience bringing our rescue kitty there. She is normally very scared and difficult to work on, however Dr. Jolin (Hope I spelled that correctly) and her team were extremely gentle and took great care of our kitty. 5 star experience all around. Highly recommended for anyone new to the area looking for a permanent vet like we were!!!
