Horrible costomer service . Needed a serpentine belt certain length the guy behind the counter brain had an attitude and said why don't I go buy one online . I don't understand I thought orellies was where u go to buy auto parts , ?? Anyways i will never go there

I don’t normally write reviews but this employee RICO at 9910 Pacific Ave Oreilly Auto Parts store went above and beyond. He acknowledged me when I entered the store and assisted me with my return of my old alternator. As he was processing my return I expressed my concerns about my battery warning light was still on and my car started leaking antifreeze. Without hesitation he asked if he could take a look at my car engine. Mr. RICO at glance found the problem that my belt was not on the alternator. He put my alternator belt on within minutes. He cared about my safety. That is what I call above and beyond excellent customer service. I hope he is recognized for this review. Please forward this review to his store at above address. Thank you. I couldn’t find a review for his store.

Such a great experience! Had to replace the headlight in my Range Rover. I knew it was going to be a nightmare but the assistant manager Rico worked with me for almost 2 hrs.!! He figured it out! Thank you so much for all your help!

Terrible customer service. First visit: Requested assistance finding the right bulb for my headlamp. Rep said he would help after he finished up with something else. He just stood there looking like a person who knew nothing about what I asked for hoping I would just go away so I did. He embarrassed himself but got out of doing his job. Good for him. Second visit: Searched and searched for a product, so asked the cashier to help me find it. "It's in aisle three. Can I help the next customer?" As stated, terrible customer service.

6 feet back from counters if possible. Masks required, online ordering available if unable to wear mask's. Hand sanitizer spay offered when entering, just look for our Welcome Center with the add's for the current months sales.
It varies. I use wells Fargo so it's usually only a couple of days. Credit unions will take a day or two longer, esp if the transaction is on the weekend. Might not hit until Tuesday or Wednesday
I would actually call the store because it would depend on the length, size and style of brake line you are looking for.
