There was a time in life when I could have learned about tools and my car but said why learn that when I can just pay someone to do the work. I sure regret that choice today. I'm never treated like an idiot here, they have any woman behind the counter and they seem just more approachable with my naive questions than many of the men. They are a bit more expensive than the other prominent supply store but worth the extra in my mind

I just ran in to see how to change out my front burnout headlight. To my present surprise Suzanna gave me the lowdown on the type of bulb I needed for my Toyoda 4runner. Then she taught me how to change it out with her small hands ✋ without taking the whole light assembly out. She has excellent customer service skills.
