SHA is not the place you want to live, cockroaches, garbage piled for months, ants, dirty filters, drugs w/ nightly traffic, warning- buy your own fridge and stove that’s been here since they were built. Staff lies, discuss tenants business, and they will/ have taken tenants HCV due to a piece of paper missing so tenants can remain in horrible conditions and continue to pay rent rather than them honoring the HCV agreement to assist paying ther rent.

It’s affordable . You won’t have heat though . They took the thermostat & set it to 72 so it can’t go any higher . In winter time It’s cold ash in here they say they can’t fix it even with a set temperature at 72 it’s 65 in my apartment
