I have gone there a few times and they're always so helpful. Today I went in there because I had to put on my new license plates and I didn't have the tool to remove the ones that were on there. It was hard to find because they are not the normal screws. But Tiffany looked and looked and it took a bit to find the right one, but she did. And instead of making me buy the $17 tool, she went out there in the rain and replaced the license plates herself. She definitely didn't have to do that, but I appreciate it so much. I will continue going there for all my auto needs. There is another nearby auto parts store, that I won't name, that I prefer not to go to anymore because I have gone in there and asked questions and they laughed at me because I didn't know. But I don't have that problem when I go to O'reilly's.
