I went to the store 1184 on Pacific av. For a new battery, usually if you buy a battery there they always willing to replace it, but it wasn't at this time. Why?

Gotta love the place. Best spot to get lifetime warranty on car parts. Wish they had more workers there that's knowledgeable about the parts

I would give less for this place if I could. The part I was trying to return was clearly unused and never installed. You could see where there weren’t any bolt head marks and the grease was completely untouched. Guess the employee at this store doesn’t understand that some parts can be refurbished since he refused the return. He seems to have been an issue for more than just me. I have since found out that a lot of people won’t go there anymore because of that one employee.
