DO NOT USE ATM! This place is terrible I went there Monday afternoon & deposited $2,600 into my savings account. When I checked my account it said I only deposited $2,000 so I drove through the service window since they were closing & they told me there was nothing they could do since the ATM was from a third party company. They told me I would have to contact customer support & submit a claim. But I insisted that they check the ATM since I knew for a fact how much money I put in there. To which they looked at me like I was trying to scam them & to there defense its understandable, but the way they handled the situation was terrible, I felt like I was being judged & discriminated against because of my appearance. I worked hard for 6 months to finally save enough money for an apartment to simply just throw my money out the window especially in the amazing economy we live in these days. Never the less I did just that & contacted customer support to which they told me I would receive a letter in the mail (IN A WEEK). No communication nothing just “wait for a letter in the mail,”letting me know the status of my claim. Still to this day the money still isn’t in my account & I doubt anyone actually made the effort to even check the ATM & I just basically threw away $600 out the window. Be cautious when making your ATM transactions with this place & God forbid your a person of color coming into this establishment with people with their heads so far up there a**holes to look at you as a human being.

I went with TD when I moved to the area over 15 years ago and I have had very few problems that I was not able to get resolved with just a quick call. The ONLY thing I really miss is the coin counting machine that they used to have (Bring that back!!) A drive thru ATM would be a huge improvement too.

I like TD's convenience and we switched to them because they are less terrible politically. But this branch continues to not impress with regards to the level of training for their account representatives. My wife and I feel like we have a summer intern opening our account or safe deposit box and this has resulted in errors which required additional work on our end to fix. In terms of compensation for the hassle, we've stolen about 10 pens.
