Miss Duquina was very helpful while helping us moving in. She made our transition very smooth. The apartment was very clean and the appliances were new. The maintenance crew is very attentive and was also very helpful. Village Square is a great complex to live on. They have a pool, a dog park, and a gym. The complex is very quiet. If you need someone to talk to go to Miss Duquina! :)

last week I met with the leasing agent with me and my 3 year old son, the leasing agent was so kind she gave my son snacks and gave me coffee and it was a pleasant visit even though we did not move in only because there were no two bedroom available at the time. I am on the wait list!! 😀

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS SCUMBAG LOCATION. You will be lied to from day one, horrible paint, HVAC, non working appliances. Lying and manipulating leasing office. I will be making a thoroughly detailed review to the BBB and on all possible sites. I will also be going into further detail on Google reviews very soon. AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE HERE, very important if you have a family, do not bring them here. Their safety is at risk from dangerous and deeply aggressive tenants. The office has no interest in even apologizing to us for inconvenience let alone solving the issue. I live here currently and will do any and every thing I can to move out, which will be more difficult now that my rent made a 9% increase from 1550 to $1700. Disgusting. I hope you are ashamed of yourselves.

My girlfriend and I moved in one day and had to move out that same day. The apartment was cute but the fixtures and wood work were stained and the entire apartment wreaked like cigarette smoke. The secondhand smoke was painful. My girlfriend has asthma and we had explained this to the leasing office prior to us moving in and they would not let us see the apartment until move-in day. There were a lot of red flags but we decided to go forward with the plan anyway. The HVAC systems are questionable and there is no internal room intakes which means if the apartment next to you smokes cigarettes (which they had - in multi-unit apartments and public indoor spaces) and they just run their HVAC fan more, it will literally force the smoke through the floors and walls into your apartment. We were very excited to move in and the local staff (especially the leasing agent) at the Mount Holly site were awesome and as helpful as they could be but… the property manager, Cindi, more or less stole our ‘reservation fee’ and was unlikely to refund have refunded our first check (of which they cashed immediately without our signing of a lease or inspection sheet) if I had not pestered her. She told my girlfriend, “you can leave,” after she had inquired as to how they planned to clean our prospective apartment. She was a very awful and unprofessional person to interact with. Overall, I would recommend anyone who is sensitive to smoke or dust/dander to stay clear.
