I promised myself that I would commit to leaving good reviews for places that have impacted me in a positive way, but after my experience here, I had to share so that no one else would ever have to feel the same way I did. The gentleman at the front desk was kind, and extremely helpful. He gave me instructions on how to get to my room, and I made my way there. After parking and opening my car door, I was greeted by numerous cats and a strange smell. As I entered the building, the smell grew stronger and there were kids yelling, televisions blaring, and dogs barking. I entered the room with my small dog and turned on the lights. The first thing I saw was a roach moving across the floor. Then I saw another one… and another one.. and many more. I’m assuming the bathroom was their favorite spot because that’s where most of them gathered. I quickly gathered my things and drove to the main entrance where I returned my key. I showed the front desk attendant the pictures of the roaches in the room and he didn’t even seem at all surprised. If you need somewhere to stay, this place isn’t it. It’s not clean AT ALL.

WARNING : Stay away from this hotel chain it is littered with bugs and sheets that have holes in them. This was the worst hotel room experience I’ve ever had in my life! As I got to the hotel I spoke with management and they had no other rooms available or a manager present which I should have realized is a big red flag. The room I got was covered in centipedes, roaches, moths, flies and spiders! That room was so atrocious that when I went back to the front desk they had a kid working the front desk. I tried to look past a few bugs but when I turned on the bathtub and saw live BUGS coming out I almost had a panic attack. At that point I was forced to wait until management arrived in the morning to ask for a refund and got no SYMPATHY from the staff as they KNEW there rooms were disgusting. Elizabeth at the front desk was not helpful when I asked for a refund and shut down after I told her “she should sleep in that room”. This hotel should be embarrassed for the way they treat their customers and how their rooms are not taken care of.

I was traveling for my sisters wedding and booked a room for a night with my husband, myself and my two boys. This is literally NOT a hotel for a family or the NORM, more like a place that houses homeless and drug users. It smells so badly of cigarettes that they try to cover with a horrible perfume smell that we all had instant migraines. I have camped and been to third world countries, this felt so much worse than that. Once I found fresh bright red blood on my sheets, ants in the bathroom, bright pink lipstick on my sons pillow and makeup embedded on the floor in the bathroom…I tried to call the front desk but the hotel phone wires had been cut. I figured, let me use the restroom prior to cancelling and the toilet was stopped up and would not flush. Literally, a disgusting, disease infested nightmare. When I asked front desk for another room, they said….refund only. No switching rooms. Thank god!!!!!! Never ever ever bring your family here.

I was stuck in Mt Holly when my car broke down. This was the cheapest place to book online. I saw roaches in my room and the bathroom. The bed was clean though. The jacuzzi tub is insane, takes a long time to fill up and makes a ton of noise, so you definitely hear it when your neighbors use theirs. It's not really a place to bring the family if you know what I mean.

I have absolutely no clue
Rates vary based on days and peak seasons. Expect to pay from $50 to 75 dollars a night.
No age requirement
I don't think there will be any issue with an early check in. The staff and management are very flexible and understanding.
