A nice hotel in all. Clean. The rooms are small but they are clean and have no weird hotel smells that some have. I didn't interact with the staff too much but they were smiley when we walked in and always seemed to hold positive vibes. There is a decent roof top restaurant as well. They have dessert options that are gluten free! The chocolate mousse bomb was divine. My kids has their chicken sliders and the chicken was crispy and very good. They were big for sliders and perfect for a meal. The restaurant was busy and the servers were on it. If you encounter a strange hostess don't let it deter you, the rest of the experience is 👍.

Great location and a very clean and beautiful facility! Every interaction with staff was positive and friendly. The 8up Rooftop Restaurant and Lounge is definitely a happening place. I had the Margherita Pizza and it was very good! When I'm in Louisville for work trips, this will be my choice.

The location is a little dangerous but the hotel and food is great, Once again they did act rude at front desk. ALSO they threw away my 60 dollar conditioner, my 100 dollar laptop charger, and 180 dollar face emulsion creme. They refused to replace it or provide me bonus pointgs as compensation EVEN though i am hilton honors diamond status. I recommend 8up but not the hotel as a place to stay!

Only have great things to say about my experience from the staff to our rooms! We had such a wonderful time. The hotel is so beautiful. Loved our stay- cation.

There is a lavish made to order breakfast cooked by a live Chef as well as delicious fruit and pastries...did I mention it is all you can eat??? It is served in the beautiful restaurant on the 8th floor called 8UP which turns into a Roof Top Bar in the evening!!!
Yes they have whirlpool rooms. 209, 309, and 409. Obviously they are limited numbers so be sure to make your reservation ahead of time.

Same side. I always park and go in and they give you pass to come and go during your stay so you do not pay for parking more than 1x
It's about 5 minutes away. Probably 5 or 6 blocks North, but with the one ways and construction, might be a little rounds about to get to.
Yes, you can not only drop it off but they have a luggage carrier to carry the stuff to the lobby and to your room.
