Waited over 3 hours for adjoining rooms only to be told we had to have rooms down opposite side of hall. Hot tub was not working. Only 2 elevators so had to wait awhile when we needed to use them. No air vent in bathroom so it was really foggy when using the shower. Rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. First time in Louisville so didn't realize how far from.the center of the city this hotel was. 5 stars for bed and pillows and cleanliness. 3 stars for everything else.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. The front desk staff is very polite and helpful. The bar staff, Alex and Brian, are amazing! The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the pool is clean and warm. Everything about this hotel is great! We will definitely stay again!!!

The hot tub is under repair (April 2022) otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. Excellent gym and lobby bar. Very friendly front desk staff.

Positive: The hotel was very pretty and had a beautiful pool. Negative: I thought breakfast was included but it was an additional $15 per day per person. I tried to get coffee one day and they said if I came back for breakfast they¿d double charge me for coffee and for breakfast so we never ate there
