Very clean, spacious rooms. Clean hotel lobby, hallways, & breakfast area. Breakfast had a great variety & many hot items. Would stay here again. Great price point.

Booked a hotel room online, two Queen beds for around $100 on a Wednesday night. Notated we would not be there until after midnight. Showed up to the hotel at around 4am. We had been driving since 2pm the day before, and just needed to get a few hours of horizontal sleep. When I walked into the lobby, no one was at the desk and there were signs stating they were busy with other guests, and that I should call “0” on the lobby phone if I need assistance. There was no lobby phone. After waiting loudly for 20 minutes, I called the hotel from my cell. The phone was answered within 2 rings. Clearly the employee had been sleeping in the back. She then came out and tried to check me in. First, she couldn’t find our reservation, then called her manager. Finally she found our reservation but then my card “wouldn’t work” for the room we booked. So she offered to book a whole new room, Just a king bed. She told me it would be $196 BEFORE tax! Uhm no. The room I booked is still available and $100 less. I’ll be in this room for less than 8 hours. Told her I would not pay that and I would have to leave. She did not offer any other resolve. She didn’t care at all. Bottom line, don’t book here. Book literally anywhere else! The quality inn next door was lovely, affordable, and clean.

My family booked a room a couple of months in advance of a one night stay March 5 for a volleyball tournament. We booked directly through the hotel, not another party. Used our credit card to book and received our confirmation number. Our daughter played volleyball all day and we were looking forward to being able to rest for the evening. Upon checking in, we were told they did, indeed have our reservation but they did not have a room for us. We asked how that was possible when we reserved a room. The front desk told us it was “first come, first serve” and there was nothing she could do. Apparently reserving a hotel room well in advance with a credit card doesn’t get you a room at this place. We asked for a manager, and we were told he wouldn’t be in until 7:00 a.m., so we asked to speak with him on the phone. We spoke with him, and he didn’t care one bit about our situation due to his mismanagement. He apparently also doesn’t care that he leaves his front desk employees in the predicament to turn away upset customers. A family of 4 came in right after us and was told the same thing. Absolutely inexcusable. So, I hope I’m doing others a favor here. Don’t book here unless you want to be left with no place to stay on a busy Saturday night in Louisville.

Ladies at different desk was extremely nice but...... We had to switch rooms from 2:10 to 1:10 and in the midst of changing rooms my dead grandmother's necklace and ring went missing after the housekeeper left. No one done anything about it or attempted to do anything about it other than ask her. Now my heart is broke because it's very sentimental... Get to room 110 and there's no towels we paid extra just to get this room because of the jacuzzi and couldn't even use it.. I myself would not recommend staying at this hotel if you don't want your things being stolen...😥😢🤧 Very very upsetting came to relax and ended up more stressed then ever.

How ever its closed due to covif 19 out break all so the pool and breakfast are closed untill further notice
