Had a reservation, my flight got delayed, call Alamo, they assured me that Alamo would have someone at the counter when I got there… My flight ended up landing 15 minutes earlier than expected, but the Alamo counter was closed! I had to hang out at the airport for 5 hours waiting for someone to show up… Counter person acted like that was no big deal, never offered to give a discount. I asked to speak to manager, they took my name and number, but never called back! I called twice looking to speak to a manager, both times they told me a manager would call me back, that was a couple weeks ago… Never even received a call back! My advice, find a different car company to rent from!!!

Unlike the other rental car company we recently rented from Alamo changed exactly what they said they were going to charge, but wait! They were under staffed so when we got out to actually pick up the car and we had to wait for help the lot manager let us pick any car! We ended up with what was like a 3 grade upgrade! Everyone was super friendly even though it was after hours. Definitely will rent from them again!

I arrived slightly after their posted closing time, but the agent still was willing to work with me before she left. The reason I don't give five stars was because I didn't get the paperwork for the rental until after I dropped the rental off, which thankfully wasn't a problem this time. Other than that, no complaints.

If you rent a car from the airport it will have to be a credit card.
Most of them don't..hence it's a good idea to get an SUV..all SUVs in Spokane are AWD!
East end of terminal. There is not really a place to park, if you are not flying in. To return, take a right on street after terminal.
It depends on the type vehicle and location you get the rental.
Geri I booked my car through priceline and searched for a discount code which gave me and additional 7 per cent off. Not sure about AARP specifically.
Yes with my airline itinerary I was able to showing I had a return flight and it was only the price of the car no deposit.
