This was an amazing place to live for 2 years…. Created a lot of memories! Staffing was some of the best people to talk to. Ms.Sonia Wright was the woman I spoke with today, and she was outstanding in service. I came in with frustration and left with tears of joy. She was very understanding and she makes Vesta Derby Oaks A great and fortunate place to live. I couldn’t be more thankful for what she’s done for me today. Ms.Sonia Thank you again so much. I hope you get to read this and it brings you happiness and again Thank you!

I had a great experience getting into the apartments. My only issue was the staff no knowing how to do their jobs. Sonja Brown(Wright) is the best and that’s the only reason why I gave 2 stars. I have a +$3050 credit in my account that I check every 2 weeks because it’s alway something wrong with it. They tried to charge me $79 for electric like I don’t already pay LGE. They put the money back but I had to jump through hoops as if I was tried to cheat them. I shouldn’t have to prove I did nothing wrong. Candice was nice at first but then she started to act as if she hates her job. I’m not even sure what they do in the office because they take messages but I never get a call back or the situation rectified until I spoke DIRECTLY to Sonja. I’ve never had a bug problem and they are prompt when I have issues. I renewed my lease but this will be the last year living here because they are way to high for these small rooms, no dining room, w/d hook up, or doors on their closets. The walls are made so that you can’t wash them so they can charge you to $260 repaint them and you might as well leave the trash when you move because as I’ve been hearing they charge you for that anyway.

Honestly, I must say that I had an overall pleasant experience with the application process for these apartments. I was able to apply and submit all necessary documents within 15 minutes while still in the leasing office. My consultant Ms. Angel was very helpful even though she's a new employee. Her manager Ms. Prena was also pretty awesome. They made me laugh and feel comfortable as if we'd known each other before our brief encounter today. Praise Jesus for these ladies and their exceptional customer service!
