With all the yellow blinds and windows I'd be willing to say not everyone smokes outside.
They have lights in the parking lots but half of them don't work. They have no security outside for people walking dogs at night. I've already told my family to sue them if I get hurt here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
They allow one pet.
