Please don't move here!!! I scheduled an apartment tour for 10:45am online. When I arrived at the apartment complex leasing/management office, there was a "Sorry we are close" sign on the door. After I knocked on the door, one of the office personnel opened the door and said that she was not feeling well. I asked her why didn't she contact me by phone to reschedule my apartment tour. She said that the apartment tours are set on an automated system. As high as gas is right now, she should have called me to save my time and gas money!! Moreover, as a Professional establishment, she should have called me out of courtesy and respect to reschedule my apartment tour. This was a red flag or warning for me to not apply for a lease there. Also, after reading the reviews about bug infestation and hidden fees they charge, I should have never entertained the thought to schedule that 10:45am apartment tour. Please cross out Preston Oaks Apartments on your current or future apartment search list. Preston Oaks Apartments is a HELL NO!!

If you have other options do not rent from them. The apartment I had, had roaches you pay a fee monthly for pest control and never once did anyone come spray. The office management changes frequently and they never would answer the phone. I am glad to be out of the place.
