Park Lake Apartments

My boyfriend and I have been here for two months. We love the unit although the walls are textured which is a little outdated for the price we’re paying, but I would be cautious of getting mail delivered here. We recieve 10 or more of the previous tenants mail every week and we have recieved different units’ mail aswell. And none of our own. I get payed by check and I haven’t received any of them since I’ve been here. There are at least $8,000 in checks that are missing. We ended up having to spend our own money to rent a PO Box. If I would’ve known about this before I moved in I wouldn’t have chosen Park Lake. Mail is a super big deal and it would’ve been a game changer had I known the issues here.

I’ve lived at park lake for a little over a month now and it has been the best experience. The move in process was so easy. The whole process from application to move in date took about 2 weeks. Zack was great in walking me through everything on move in date. I really enjoy park lake so far. The app lets you pay your rent online in a few seconds which is so convenient. I haven’t tried the amenities here yet but when I toured they looked amazing. I’m excited for the summer time to use the pool! I highly recommend these apartments.
