Worst customer service ever. Completely combative and unprofessional condescension mixed with lack of follow through. They do not give accurate information on benefits but insist they do, even when you have direct experience otherwise. They take no action on your behalf and just push all questions for you to work out with insurer which is ANTHEM and sucks.
