Holiday Inn & Suites Orange Park - Wells Rd., an IHG Hotel

I stayed there is week. The hotel is amazing. It was one of nicest hotels I've stayed at. Sadly, housekeeping knocks on your door an hour prior to checkout. Lady said sorry. Then another 15 minutes later, a different woman knocked on my door. I felt this was rude, and lack of communication between front desk and housekeeping. Checkout time was 11. I checked out at 1028. Lady at front desk didn't seem to care when I brought it up to her.

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our fridge didn’t work when first arrived, Maintenance took care of it we had a brand new one within 30 min. We spent most of our time at the pool, had a great time making memories and having fun!

I love this property. The staff are amazing and always remember us. The downstairs was recently renovated and carpet was replaced in the room hallways. It's great to start my day with a full breakfast every morning and end with a drink in the bar at night. A+++++++++

Horrible service. We reserved a room, gave them a card to confirm reservation and they gave the room to someone else claiming that the card was declined. Our bank let's us know when our card is ran and subsequently declined, so we know they did not run the card at all. Further, there is plenty of money in the account. When we asked for proof that they ran our card 3 times, they claimed they don't keep record. They also said they called our home number to let us know the card didn't work however, our home number isnt listed on the account. My dad's cell number is listed and he has no missed call, no messages, texts, emails, etc. It is almost midnight in a city we are unfamiliar with and have no where to stay due to an event occurring in the area, and everything is booked. Never staying at a Holiday Inn again.
