Just left, not a single employee (saw 3) said hello, or offered any help. One girl walked passed me several times doing almost nothing and hardy even glanced over at us. Prices are expensive, but have a decent selection. No show clothes though, all casual.

The boot barn in Orange is my local store and they are amazing. Always helpful, offers to look online for my size or wants . When I have to order online they have my items ready and available when I walk in . Store is always clean and smells like a leather dream

Great selection and customer service. Belinda is a helpful, but not pushy sales associate. She helped me get a good pair of boots for my trip back to Montana. I needed one stretched and the process was easy and free. Wish they had more locations in Jax!

They are like everywhere else. But it doesn't matter what the store has set up if the people coming in doesn't follow the procedures.
