Ridiculous! They can't explain their coupons or get their billing procedures done properly. I try not to hold up their line and spend 60 bucks as fast as I can..... Yet they call the COPS as two officers babysit me in my purchases. Really! Loyal customer for over 30 years and this is what I get. Why do we have our phone numbers and emails! Wow I really want to shop there now .... Let me bring my police escort every time. ..

Hot Topic is Hot Topic. It's a mall store. They're having hot cash currently as I write this. It's messy on the weekends since people are garbage and tend to destroy everything. I wish there were more associates during the week. But it's usually just a manager. That's always been my biggest issue with the corporation itself. It's a decent company though I wish the prices were a bit cheaper and it was still a bit darker. Don't exactly need pop, rap, etc in there. Disney is eh. I do like getting my NBC and Alice stuff there. Harry Potter is cool to have. But I wish they'd do the cardigans justice and make them like the movies where they're all gray with the house colors on the Hem and sleeves. It is what it is though. I've been going there for almost 15 years. Many changes. Photos included are items I've purchased in store and online.
