I have called these people 5 times since I did a return over a month ago!!! I NEVER even picked up the product, just went in the next day to cancel. The payment was through PayPal and the girl had to pull out a stack of papers and figure out how to do it, then assured me it was done! IT WAS NOT! I keep getting assurance from the online support that it is being handled, at one point someone admitted to dropping the ball on not sending it to finance to resolve. I am NOW CALLING AGAIN TO GET A REFUND AS ITS BEEN ANOTHER 2 weeks with NO RESOLUTION.

I went in this place to find a shirt that someone else got there. I found it but the sizes only go to xl and the customer service was not the best. I came all the way from Gainesville fl and it was a little disappointing.
