I moved from US to India and lost 1 entire box out of 12 boxes shipment and this company claiming to be best was unable to trace it. After months & months of email they were offerring $40 for my valuables worth more than $800. Really worst experience with the customer service. Treatment is totally different if you're in the US vs if you're in India. Indian customer service representative guys are totally non-responsive, not sure why are even called customer reps. I definitely believe now that the Company employees are stealing the boxes or items within the box considering the Insurance claim amount being negligible and many of the customers reporting that they have lost boxes in the shipment. THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST, PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER this company for making your move.
