Fay keeps saying they never get documents I send, but I can clearly see they do, they say call us back they hardly answer the phone! I don’t know how or why my old mortgage come sold my loan to them, this place is awful,

The company has been charging $700 a moth extra since May 2022. Saying because of escrow account. I have sent them Proof since April. That my insurance is paid for a year. Every person I talk to for past 13 times say yes we see your paper work we have to do a revaluation it will take 3-5 days. It’s October now. I ask them that I can talk to a manager the last 5 times they say there another phone call. Leave them a message I have. There is not 1 person to say of why are we charging him extras and if I don’t pay it will be a 30 day late on me. So I have been paying them $700 a month extra . I have called them 13 times regarding the matter.

I've had dozens of mortgage servicers over the course of my adult life and Fay Servicing is by far the worst. Unfortunately the customer has no control over who services a mortgage so there is not incentive for this pathetic of a company to fix its ways short of government intervention. It is a failure of the mortgage industry that this company exists and a failure of every regulatory body involved in the industry.

Don't know anything about company, what they do or don't do. I'm at the National Bioskills Lab next door when I'm in that building. Never have seen anybody in that office.
Consumer financial protection bureau. File a complaint with them better than BBB but it wouldn't hurt to file with BBB too
