I unfortunately have to give this company a 1 star. We sent pictures of what the move entailed a week prior to the move. 30 minutes into the move they told me they would require to raise the rate by $80 an hour in order to continue moving. I had to move the equipment that day so I had no choice but to comply. The movers complained the whole time about the move. They went to the wrong address in Frisco even though I told them the intersection was in Plano. I asked for 40 minutes be removed from the time they were working and they only removed 20 minutes. The movers when unloading were not careful with the equipment and i had to ask them to not dump the contents on the floor. One mover kept facetiming someone instead of working. Lastly they accidentally took my dolly. I do believe this was an accident but no one from the company has followed up in two weeks after I called and told them that they accidentally walked off with my dolly. Would not use again

Worked fast and efficient! Great communication throughout the move, even though they pushed back the start time a few times due to some issues with their morning client. Kept me up to date throughout that issue. Professional team overall.

sofa, TV stand, end table, bookshelf, table +4, patio table, queen bed, washer + dryer, 10 boxes I moved from the second floor to the first floor under the same brand. Among the items listed, the washing machine did not come, and 4 people charged me more than $600 for over 2 periods. I just can't get away with this situation.And I didn't put the pot in the box because the moving service said they would help me for two hours, and then move to the same apartment. The plate was wrapped to prevent it from breaking. At first, they said they would come, but later they said they would not come, citing other reasons. When I asked the Mustang, he asked what he wanted.They are avoiding this problem repeatedly. I haven't received any apologies yet. I didn't solve this problem by e-mail, but I'm avoiding it. I want Mustang to treat customers with more respect and honesty.

Yes, we provide packing services as well as boxes for sale (pack jobs are quoted on size of pack)
There are many ways to prepare for your next move, packing and prepping tips include: making sure all boxes are tape/sealed, clearing pathway for movers to move, breaking down of beds prior to move, and organizing miscellaneous items for easy load (ie: unplugging electronics, clearing dressers & shelves,bagging soft non-breakables) If you have specific questions we are more than happy to answer them for you.
Think of it this way, you tip waiters and all that they do is bring you food. Movers are handling your personal possessions, and if they take great care in doing so……..We think they earned a tip.
We get a lot of debate on this one. We ask for a list mainly for scheduling other customers around your move. Plus, the more accurate your list, the more accurately you can budget. Information is King.
Yes, Mustang Moving is licensed by the State of Texas and also carries standard insurance required by the state as well (paperwork given shows this information)
