It started with a curiosity phone call answered by a very knowledgeable man named Ryan. A few months later my husband and I walked into the location about 30 minutes before closing time. After a brief conversation, Ryan remembered this phone call from a few months earlier and picked it up like it was the same day. We were never rushed or made to feel like we were keeping him past closing time. He answered all questions we had, gave his input on design ideas while leaving the final decision to us and checked on build times so that we were aware of when we would have our tables. When delivery day came we were kept in the loop as to when they would be here, how long they planned to be here and received a "15 minutes out" phone call. 3 very polite guys; Tarzan, Pebbles and Thor showed up and explained every step of what they were doing. My curious husband watched the entire build and asked a ton of questions. He said he was never made to feel like he was a burden to them. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Tarzan seemed to be smiling the entire time he was working. There was a small damaged area on the pool table rails that we would probably not have noticed for a very long time. Tarzan pointed it out and explained how they were going to make it right. Another employee, Hopper, drove an hour to bring out new rails and the table was perfect before they left. These guys cleaned up and left my place better than what they found it. Honest, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and we have a beautiful pool table and shuffleboard table.

UB has been great from start to middle. I say that due to Shuffleboard still in process of being built. But it all Started with Cooper. We spent a couple hours with Cooper on what all we wanted and he was so patient. I wanted a pool table with a shuffleboard table too. My Pool table was delivered and it is absolutely awesome. The look is above and beyond what I expected. Due to it needing to be built there was no way to say exactly what the finished product would look like. Patrick and Bryan came out and set it up. They answered all my questions and both worked hard in making sure I put it in the right spot. I bet we walked around it a 100 times making sure it had all the clearance needed. They finished and I was so impressed with all the suggestions Cooper had and Bryan and Patrick’s final setup. Great communication through out. Absolutely the best decision I could make. So looking forward to my Shuffleboard coming soon.
