We used this company to install our solar panels. The placement was not verified by us and they wanted to charge my son who is a disabled veteran with a traumatic brain injury $5000 more grand to move them. On top of that Our contract with them stayed to remove and replace in case of roof damage was .70 cents per watt for R&R we have 9.4 kw which is 9400 watts and they quoted us almost $13,000 and when I questioned it I was told it shouldn’t matter to me because my insurance was paying for it. This company has been a complete and total nightmare from the beginning. They have lousy Customer Service skills and the Owner of the company Tyler was confrontational with my insurance agent. My advice is to do the opposite of what we did and check with several Solar Companies before you choose one and AVOID this one at all Cost

Phone number has called me 6 times in 30 minutes to ask if I am interested in solar, all of this happening after I returned the call and let them know I live in an apartment complex. They are being less professional and more obnoxious than robo callers.

We very much appreciated how much your guys cleaned up. We have dogs and we were very worried about nails but we did not find a single nail left behind. The guys even swept the porch! I would recommend Proclaim to anyone.

The price of a roof depends on many factors including the size of the house, roofing materials, location, time of the year, labor costs and whether or not it’s a residential or commercial project. On average, a new roof costs about $6,000. For a more accurate estimate, don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Immediately place a bucket below the leak to contain the incoming water and dry out the area using a towel or sponge. Next, go to your attic to look for the site of the leak. Once you find it, apply tar to the underside of the roof, then press a shingle or piece of plywood into the tar to cover the leak. Apply more tar around the edges of the patch to properly seal the leak. However, this is just a quick fix to prevent worse damage. Remember to contact us later for a more permanent solution.
The best choices for a flat roof include a built-up roofing (BUR), single-ply roofing (TPO and EPDM), modified bitumen and fiberglass roofing. Each of these has its own pros and cons, so you have to select the most suitable material depending on your location, local climate, height, financial ability and so on. Just speak to any of our experts for advice on what will best suit your situation.
There are many different kinds of roof shingles: asphalt, cedar, tiles, metal, and slate. They all have their own strengths and weaknesses, hence what is ideal in another home may not necessarily work for you. But don’t fret, we will take you through the benefits of each type of roof and help you pick your best roofing material.
The best time you can replace your gutters is during summer when it’s dry. Installing gutters can be a dangerous task that’s especially difficult when it’s raining or snowing. Furthermore, roofers like working at times when there will be minimum interruptions due to bad weather. If you decide to DIY, ensure you do a thorough installation since you don't know how the gutters will perform till the spring rains or winter snow arrives.
The best way to determine if a new roof is needed is to have a qualified professional perform a thorough inspection. Call or contact us today for a FREE inspection so we can help guide you on your best options.
