They don't answer phones. They require forms to transfer utilities, but once filled out they lose them. This organization is a hot mess.

If you approach from the south, off of bangeter, they won't let you through that way. Go all the way around to 1300 W and you might be able to make it to them. When you do make it to them you are going to have a rough time probably because most people in there don't know what to do about sewer stuff and they won't be too friendly about any of it either. And it would seem they do everything to avoid actually letting you get inspections done
