Understaffed so it took us just under 30 minutes to get two small drinks…even with placing a mobile order.

Closed up at 7pm instead of 10pm as their in store hours state. Then when I knocked on the door they kept pretending I didn't exist and that they couldn't hear me. Unsure how the store can just decide to lock up 3 full hours earlier than they are supposed to. Honestly it isn't that big a deal if I was driving 5 minutes for a coffee, but I drove 20 minutes to meet with a study group and all of us are disappointed.
