A place full of cockroaches, if there is a problem you have to solve it yourself because no matter how much you go to the office they never help you, I have had a water leak for more than 2 months and 1 month without electricity, it has been 8 months since I moved and never The air has been served, in short, if something breaks, it is our responsibility and not theirs, 8 months here and they have not given me the key to the mailbox…. it's lousy

Depends if there still offering it.. my first year was all bills paid But it's either hot or cold meaning during the winter you will not be able to put ac on.. they are under new management hopefully ur move will be worth it
