I needed a taxi to JFK and all was booked at a generous fee only to discover on the day of the pickup: no one arrived! No calls, messages and no admin on the emergency helpline from Starlight. Something is wrong with this firm. I would be calling them again.

Do not use starlight!!! Horrible service. Tried to book a car service for myself and family coming back from a vacation...landed in the airport with NO driver to be found...Called Ed at starlight...He told me they messed up and will have a car in a half hour...Didn't try to make things right....Used this service many times prior..WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN...You want a professional car service, look elsewhere....If I could have left negative stars I would have...They will leave you stranded at the airport...
