My brother was there for a month and almost died there of sepsis and a UTI. The people I met there every day when visiting my brother were burnt out, phony, neglectful, untrained, uncaring, and lacking in knowledge. One star for the one nurse, respiratory therapist and speech and swallow therapist who had skills and compassion.

How this place is still open is beyond my comprehension. The staff are despicable ,rude and uncaring which makes sense as the management is just as despicable and useless and only card about the money. I was made aware that one of the nurses was diverting medication by ordering them for patients who no longer use them which is fraud and then stealing the medication. I’m also hearing this has happened multiple times over the years with the same nurse. Yet, a week later I visit again she is still working there. I also watch a elderly lady in tears nearly fall face first from trying to stand up from her wheelchair after begging for 25 minutes to go the bathroom. The aide walked up pushed her down and said I’m busy ,you will go when I’m done. I was there for another 35 minutes after and she never came back. Well the lady fell asleep and the smell was awful because she obviously relieved herself in the chair. The administrator is arrogant and Management is a joke. This facility is awful and I really wish my family and I would have read the reviews from the past. Stay far away from this awful place.

This place was accused of mistreatment and abuse! There is a video of the staff abusing an incapacitated patient, disgusting! If you have no patience, if you are going to keep complaining about being understaffed a overworked, just quit already and do something else! Don't take it against the patients! Shame on you for covering for your staff!

They are understaffed and the general attitude of the aides and nurses are getting to be uninterested in the care of the patients and residents they were hired to care for. Upper management is just going along with it, since it flows down from the upper levels. It was better 3 years ago.in the past 3 years care has go e from 2 stars to one. Seems to be getting worse by the day. Workers are over worked sand prone to make errors if a d when they respond.
