Very disappointed! Had a loved in here for for a few months now. They do not give any physical therapy! Her body has stiffened so badly it's painful! No guard rails on beds at all, even after she has suffered numerous falls out of bed! New bruises & lacerations every other day! Lacerations are taped up but no one here has any info on who taped them up or how anything happened! Now we've received the call that she may only have a few days, at most, left! Very sad!

We had to place my mother-in-law in a facility about 4 weeks ago. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Rehab manager in a skilled dementia facility and due to MIL not having a dementia diagnosis we could not place her with me. (Trust me I tried). So as a healthcare worker I knew what to look for ect... This place was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Was everything perfect no... but we do not live in a perfect world. I had NO issues with her personal nursing staff or her care. Food was appealing and warm... granted she is a picky eater but she ate more in one day there then she would eat in a week at home. The wounds she had admitted with were healed and majority of staff was helpful and returned calls in a timely fashion. Definitely would refer this facility to anyone.

My father was here after a hip surgery. The care is very poor. The staff did not clean up my father after bowel movements. Some of the staff was very disrespectful towards him and belittling. It seemed like the staff was not taught what hip precautions are and what restrictions come with that. The food was good. The place looks very nice but looks can be deceiving.
