The staff is rude in m.c. find ppl that mentally equip for the job stop hiring ppl that’s not going teach the other staff the right way

My experience with American Village during my mother's stay in the Independent Apartments facility at Lincoln Lodge could not have been better. My 90-year-old mother broke her hip and needed a facility to help her continue to heal after being discharged from an Sub-acute Rehab facility - I wish 10 stars were an option to rate them. Every aspect of their Independent Apartments facility was top notch. The office staff who helped me settle her in there was so helpful and very professional; Alysha, a Senior Lifestyle Specialist there, could not have been any more helpful in this process - she went above and beyond in helping us throughout. After living there for 6 months mom will soon move back to her home, and while we are grateful she made a remarkable recovery to do so, we really have mixed emotions about her leaving Lincoln Lodge - she loved it there, she loved the the staff - from the office to the kitchen (she really loved the food there) - she felt like she was a member of a family. She also loved the transportation program where she could make Dr visits, go to the drugstore, bank....etc. She will miss American Village and especially the staff.

I had to give a one star to make a review. To tell the truth, nothing against the staff. They are so short staffed. Do not let your love one go to this facility.

My experience at american village was my first. And I was. Flabbergasted at the professionalism. I also noticed the comradery. With that being said there we three particular workers that made me feel like.
