She showed me 3 contenders and said “I have 1 more”. It was perfect. And delivery is fast. It was a pleasant shopping experience. Been a while since I have shopped in brick and mortar store. Really appreciated getting to sit and try out the furniture for comfort.

A. Ho into the store and ask to speak to the manager B. I was told that they "do not" call the manufacturer until after 5 BUSINESS days past the due date! C. If you ordered Johnathan Louis they are out of Cali..they WILL NOT send anything separately..I mean they will make you wait until a truck is "completely filled" before they send your items. D. If your fabric is coming from China (most of their fabric does) you'll be waiting a LONG time! Months!!
