My family has been coming here for as long as I can remember. The pools and hot tubs are always well maintained and kept clean. The added toys and games at the pool located at the end of the units is always changing and being improved.

Lovely golf resort with beach access. Very well appointed with anything one would need.

Nice location- on golf course. Three bedroom , three and half bathroom facility was well laid out. BUT bathrooms are very dated and very tired. This alone moved it to 4 from 5 star.

Good afternoon Ess, Carolina Club is located inside The Shipyard which is gated. The lagoons near the Carolina Club don't put off a bad smell.

That has been my experience as well over several years. The are typically other pools available that are heated as well but they are at a distance.
