Second time I've went over on a weekend for treatment and found it closed. Hours online literally updated 5 days ago! Door says open Sunday! Hot miserable waste of time for people who really don't feel good (like me)! Get your hours together St Als Fruitland!!

While visiting the area and being exposed to a positive COVID patient, I went to St Al's in Fruitland for a test. I gave them my current insurance info and was in and out in approx 15 min. One month later I received two statements totaling $487, AND they billed my old insurance company. I have NEVER had an out of pocket expense for a COVID test, that should have been communicated BEFORE the test.

Very very slow service. My gf came in with really bad stomach and back pains not knowing what was causing it. "Urgent Care" is supposed to be urgent care! Not 2 to 3 hours later care. I can see and understand if you had a patient in every room and was actually busy with other patients. When we got taken back to our room every office door was open with maybe 1 patient in them at the most. Been waiting 2 hours without seen by a doctor and all I can hear is them laughing and talking about random stuff other than being focused on the patients that are here that need to be seen in Urgent care. Super unprofessional and will not come here again.
