First visit was thorough and pleasant with a reasonable wait time, BUT the doctor billed/coded me for TMJ, although I went to immediate care to determine whether I had an ear infection. My insurance refused to pay for the visit for some reason I can’t remember specifically, something along the lines that an immediate care center isn’t qualified (in their book) to diagnose TMJ. Second visit was thorough and pleasant, and the wait time was reasonable, but the person submitting the prescription hit “print” instead of electronic submission. That wouldn’t be a huge problem normally, but my daughter was supposed to start treatment “immediately”. Due to the confusion and call wait time, it took almost 24 hours to fill the prescriptions. I think management at the Lincolnshire office needs to emphasize the importance of detail oriented processing.

I went there right when they opened. They told me it would take an hour. They asked me to go home come back in an hour. I did. I came back to the facility and had to wait another 30 minutes to be let into an exam room. I waited and 15 minutes in the exam room. And I walked out. That is 1:45 of total wait time. This place is terribly run. I have no idea who is managing it but they have no clue how to take care of patients. I know a doctors time is valuable, but so is my time. I just got a bill from them for the visit!! Apparently I saw a doctor! I am reporting this.

NorthShore immediate care is advertised as open 7 days a week and no appointments required. Where as, this unit was closed on a Saturday when google maps and phone recorded message said they are open and no appointments needed. Walked to the door with a bad leg in pain just to see a notice saying it was closed.
