We stayed at Palmer Court for two years and in that time my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. You live right off the 94 and 75 so getting anywhere is easy. The area is safe with DPD and Wayne State Police patrolling the area. There was plenty of storage space for the two of us and a full size washer and dryer with its own laundry room. An attached 1 car garage also comes with a storage closet inside. The maintenance man was one of the best things about this place. He was very friendly, quick, and professional. We're gonna miss seeing him around. The downsides of this place weren't a big deal but it can be an inconvenience: rent was to be made with money orders (we can only pull out $500 a day from our student bank account so we'd have to make a few trips to the bank before creating the money orders). You could pay online however there was a service fee. The walls are fairly thin so if you have loud neighbors that could be an issue (thankfully we didn't). Overall, it's a great place to live and enjoy the city.

It's a wonderful & safe area perfect for raising children! Perfect location not far from the Casino's.

These a clean and cheap homes that would be nice and serve a purpose but the landlords were awful and tried to make us overpay when we moved out. Had to get assistance with my families background in accounting.
