Hi,..I became a resident in this building via a joint collaboration between the V.A Hud vash (RPI) and Southwest solutions housing agencies. My story is on Google. Disabled and searching for a clean and quiet place to live.. we chose this apartment instead of a long list of others. Management and maintenance are the major problems along with their pathetic pesticide attempt to control and eventually rid the building of roaches. I would not recommend moving into this building. It's time to move .

This my first apartment when I first moved here I love it.Even doe the rent was a lil high.Now I hate it I have a water bubble on my wall that leaking also.I have no heat they starting to get roaches in this building.They never fix anything.Two leasing ladies have quit for how bad they doin us.And on top of that they raised are rent a hundred and something up.Not to mention they trying to put ppl out because nobody wanted to pay rent because they not fixing anything or doing they jobs period.So please save your money it’s not even worth moving here.

I really wish I could give a lower score than 1 star. This use to be a beautiful well managed building, NOW it’s nasty, dirty, and unprofessional! Managers at building are very unprofessional and rude! Roaches throughout the building. It’s sad! Dont move here
