This is a ok place to live for income. They keep the building up pretty nice even tho there are a few issues but you can't blame it on staff. It's up to the residents to keep there building clean other than that everything is ok . Nice staff and great maintenance

Its like living in the carter. Manager is very nasty to the residents. They have a lot of inspections but it takes months to get anything fixed. Supposed to be gated but the gate is usually broken and cars are broken into or stolen. One lady came out to all four tires gone off her car. The builing itself is ok but some of the residents you will need to be mindful of.
