I paid for best wash and vacuum, why didn't they vacuum the back area? It's too bad, I used them before and had a better experience

Last week I drove from Malabar to Crystal river and when I returned my brand new car was full of love bugs. I took my car to Palm bay car wash I was thouraly discussed. Yesterday I drove to Tampa and back. Tis time I was referred to shaggy car wash and I was amazed in less than 15 minutes my car looked like I just drove it off the new car lot..
