The way the responded to that bbb complaint was disgusting. The lady simply spoke about her experience with this company and a representative from the school exposed her personal business and even mentioned how she couldn’t pay her electric bill??? That had nothing to do with her complaint.
Public Cause
The overall organization of the company is about 3/5. It’s disorganized at times. Weekend Classes vs. Weekday Classes “They treat us like s**t,” said another student about how the people attending the weekend program get treated compared to weekday classes. When I heard this, I talked with people who had to make up the classes during the week to see what the differences were and they are described below: 1.) They get unequal practice during the week. The offset parking is better during the week, because they have 2 instructors. This means that they get twice the practice possibilities with 2 trucks going. The weekend has only 1 truck going because they have 1 instructor. 2.) The weekday people get coolers with ice & bottled water. 3.) They have sign-ups for getting HAZMAT clearance for only during the week students. Are there different amounts of people during the week than the weekend? They are about the same when looking at the main track for practicing actual truck driving. There’s another track during the week, but I hear that there are inequalities between those 2 also. Could Be More Student Focused They have final groups that you are put into for about the last 5 weeks. They have one group spot that can be a waste of time. Pre-trip & straight back. This could have one instructor differentiating it(no instructor is here). Most people have straight back down when we are put into this group. Most have pre-trip down at this time. Also, pre-trip is done from 7:30 A.M. - 8:30 A.M. Post trip is done at the end of the day. They could teach other stuff about the truck that’s not on the test. Joel is the best truck driving instructor. He came to the weekend class and actually taught in education. He gave tips on how to memorize the pre-trip song and dance that one must know for the driving test. The material was presented in a fun & organized way. They make a ton of money off of us. They have some truck drivers that are not great instructors. Historically, their negative reviews were correct. There was a low pass rate. Now, they have a high pass rate. They talk to the weekend class the same as the weekday class. They worn us about fighting and bringing guns to the classroom or in the parking lot. We show up for the classes and make them up. I think that this talk is mainly for the weekday students who are not as focused as us.

Absolutely the best place to learn your new trade in the transportation industry. There is a wait list and time needed to sift through paperwork, but the overall atmosphere while the world is in a crisis is unbelievable.

No Transportation. Ed2go.com has a CDL class $800 it's thru a local community college.
Both types are there.
We do not have a location in Madison, IN. Our only location is in Hamilton, Ohio.
Please give our admissions staff a call. We would be happy to see if we can find something that would work with you. 1-888-368-2495
Our full-time training is 200 hours Monday through Friday, which is equal to 5 weeks of training. Our Weekend Course is 160 hours, which would equal to 10 weekends.
Napier is located on Dixie Highway. It's not convenient for individuals who do not live in the immediate area. If you live in Cincinnati in another surrounding City and do not have a car, getting to Napier will be a hassle, costly or impossible. Ed2go.com has a CDL course $800.
Would be better to bring a van, sleep in it and get your showers and laundry done at the local truck stop
We currently do not, but we are happy to work one on one with you to help find CDL Training that works for you.
Hello Bob! Yes, we do train experienced drivers. If you already have your CDL, but it's been a while since you've driven, our CDL refresher source may the perfect solution for you! The CDL refresher course is completely customized to meet your specific needs. Please feel free to give us a call at 888-368-2495 to learn more!
Best thing to do for the pre-trip is watch Adam at Napier pre-trip video on YouTube. It's a three-part series it is very thorough. It will absolutely get you through a Class A inspection
Yes but if you take your test in an auto then that's all you will ever be allowed to drive, Napier does a great job even teaching people to drive a manual. It's not the same as driving a manual car. Even though a lot of companies are switching to auto I would still recommend learning to drive a manual.
Yes rain or shine or snow.
Not sure of the hours but the school is offered 10 straight weekends, sat and sun. Or if you can go full time it is about 5 weeks. Cost is around 4k-5k$
